ABH 0195 3/4" Offset Pivot Set x US32D - Stainless Steel
A 3/4" Offset pivot is defined as 3/4" from face of door to the centerline of the pivoting point. A key advantage of the jamb-mounted pivot set is that bottom pivot "rests" on the floor. This could allow for less notching in the field for flooring material.
The 0195 3/4" Offset Pivot is capable of handling doors with an undercut of up to 3/4" straight from the box. To achieve this maximum, the bottom arm must be surface mounted to the door's underside rather than being mortised. If you require additional spindle heights, please inquire for a quote. These extra heights may be necessary due to the addition of tile or marble flooring, or in situations involving ramps and sloped floors.
Pivot is supplied with a mix of half machine screws (1/4-20 x 3/4") intended for metal frames and half wood screws (#14 x 1-1/2") designed for wood doors. Please inform us if you require all wood screws or all machine screws.
For interior or exterior doors up to 4'0" x 8'0" weighing up to 450 lbs.
