Doors above 60" tall should use one intermediate pivot in the center of the opening. An additional intermediate pivot should be used for each additional 30" in door height.

Pivot is supplied with a mix of half machine screws (1/4-20 x 3/4") intended for metal frames and half wood screws (#14 x 1-1/2") designed for wood doors. Please inform us if you require all wood screws or all machine screws.
